Fiddle-Dee-Dee, Said Scarlett

While I have had an absolutely miserable day - due to being ridiculously sick - my Sims enjoyed a pleasant Valentine's Day. Yeah, once I was capable of sitting up I decided to play some. No Silent Hill today, because my stomach gets so sensitive that I'm pretty sure five minutes of playing it would have be violently ill.

I'm keeping liquids down, and I tried a little chicken. I'm keeping my fingers crossed now.

Yes, L's Valentine is cake. What else did you expect? ;) I'm hoping I'm feeling better tomorrow. I've got plans, and I really don't want to call them off.

Anyway, hope you all enjoyed your Sadist's Day. I spent mine curled up on the couch with sitcoms and Totoro. Other than the violently sick thing, not a bad way to spend the day.

Despite tossing and turning for a large portion of the night - the soap isn't working - I am feeling refreshed and awake right now. I lost internet last night and decided to just write and sew - I don't do that much else, really - until around midnight, and then I hauled myself to bed.

We're digging out Christmas decorations. The wood wicker deer are already set up, as well as the white suede cloaked Santa in his white bark canoe. (We don't have normal Christmas decorations.) I may be doing lights today. I'm doing the whole deck.

Last year was not the best. I was not the Happy Christmas Fairy. This year, I intend to be the Happy Christmas Fairy. I've got Christmas music on, I've been watching Christmas movies, I've been writing holiday-themed fic....

I should get dressed and clean up. I've made a mess of my workroom, I'm afraid!
