BPAL and Blah

Oh god. I want Ozymandias in the next BPAL update.

I will be splurging on a bottle of this when it goes live. It will be my own personal reward for handling yesterday without flailing or fucking anything up.

I haven't been getting much feedback for my entry into the ScarxLust monthly challenge, but what I've been getting is good. And that's a real nice boost right there, because this fic was a hell of a lot different than what I normally write. But I am so damned proud of it, all 8000+ words of it. And I'm happy that other people are enjoying it.

There are people in my life right now who are having a tough go of it. And I hope that they remember that they are not alone, and are very well loved.

And now that I'm set on what day is what, happy birthday coramegan! I hope that it is a great one!

Now I have to haul my ass off to work.

So, I've been experimenting with icon making. I can make animated scene icons! Still trying to do the Scar and Lust one, but it's a hell of a lot harder since it's from about a dozen different caps, and also I will not post it for a while because it is massively spoilery.

And I know a good many of you are now going: 'Dude, Fey, I thought you didn't like the chick that's in that icon'. And no, I am not a very big fan of her, but she's nice to look at and I do think that is a pretty - if kind of random and perhaps not entirely appropriate - scene.

I really do like the second one, but it's 57k and there's no way to keep the quality and cut it down small enough. Many, many thanks to crackalicious for the gif that allowed me to make this icon.
