Ain't No Time For Me.....
Jul. 10th, 2008 10:33 amHoly crap. Yesterday was completely eaten by RPing. I... didn't intend for that to happen, but I blame
chaneystarr and
ranchangrnl. And it was actually really fun to just take a free day and do that, and knock out close to 200 comments in a day.
Today I have cleaning to do, and baking, and the usual. But I am starting Origins today, because I can't hold off any longer. I'm burning to play this game.
Nenya's eye has become irritated. I'm not sure by what, but after a few days of close inspection of her eye and cleaning it out, it looks like the fuzzbutt equivalent of conjunctivitis. She doesn't seem bothered by it, and it's easy enough to look after. It should clear up in a week or two.
My mother has been enjoying The Looking Glass Wars, so much so that we're taking a trip to Hastings tomorrow, I believe, to get the sequel. We both agree we need to get more books, and read more books. We used to read all the time, when it was easier to get books. But we're trying to make the effort, and maybe I will finally get a library card. And hey, if I'm at Hastings, I can pick up the second trade of Fables and see about pre-ordering the first volume of The Stand!
Alright, I need to shower and get to work on daily household tasks!
