Update And Babble About Me

There is a momentary break in the weather.

Thunderstorms are hitting hard. I'm still at my sister's, but I'm going home today. It's been a stressful couple of days. No need for details, but between the cold and wet and other stress factors, I'm doing less than well right now.

But I had some nice wind-down time today. Curled up on the couch with cocoa and soup, listening to the thunder and watching Kingdom Hospital. What better way to recuperate?

Anyway! Because of the damned friending meme, I suppose I ought to put a little blurb about myself, for new folks!

I'm Fey! (Occasionally I'll screw up and type the RL spelling, Faye.) I am usually a prolific fic writer, but I've been going through a dry spell lately. I write whatever catches my interest, but I pretty much hover around Fullmetal Alchemist, Halfblood Chronicles, Ouran Host Club and Babylon 5. I write anything and everything, as far as pairings go. Het, slash, femslash, whatever. I also write fic for damned.

I hate stupid pairing wars, and taking fandom way too seriously. I'm disabled - broken back, among other things - and will often occasionally whine about lagging health in here. I play a lot of video games, I read a lot of books, I watch a lot of TV. I work from home, customizing dolls and selling them on Ebay. That's sort of stalled right now, as my bank card number was stolen last month and my account was wiped out, so my account is frozen while the investigation is underway.

I live in the middle of nowhere, on a ranch with a bunch of animals. I cosplay, and I've recently gotten into the EGL fashion, thanks to chocomimi. That's pretty much all I can think of right now.
