Boiled milk with vanilla extract and cinnamon is nasty. But supposedly extremely helpful to cure insomnia, and is supposed to knock you out within half an hour. And as I have no valerian and haven't yet bought any kava, I'm desperate to try anything to get me to sleep.

And since we're on topic... Natural Insomina Remedies! Anyone have any tried and true cures for just not being able to sleep?

My dreams last night were not quite so interesting and note-worthy to be recorded in detail here, but I am amazed that my subconscious remembered exactly how to get to the New England Aquarium from my old High School. Not that it was difficult, but still.

Today I am off grocery shopping - thanks for the insomnia suggestions, I'll be trying them all! I also need to finish up cleaning, but I hardly have any left to do.

Huzzah.

ETA: The boiled milk and vanilla actually did work, for those of you who were curious!
