Art and Recipe!

clover_elf_kin drew me!

Yes, yes, I'm a dork and love the stupid 80s cartoon. :D I'm tempted to make this my phone wallpaper....
And thank you to everyone who responded to my flailing and whatnot yesterday. I really appreciate it, and I'm definitely following the very good advice I was given. *hugs to Flist* You guys are awesome. :D
And second! Sunday brunch recipe! Black Cherry Chocolate French Toast!
Filling:
Black Cherry Jam (you can use any flavor you like, really)
Cream Cheese
Blend together in whatever amount you'd like. I use a cup of each, myself. Blend until the mixture is smooth and has a pale coloration to it - should be some shade of what the jam was. Set aside.
French Toast:
Mix two large eggs, a dash of sugar, 1/2 tsp of vanilla and 1/4 cup of milk in a bowl. Dip bread in the mixture, cook up like French Toast - make sure you make two! Set aside and spread with the filling, then put together as a sandwich and drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve warm.
