ETA: I think I may have inadertantly begun making a Zapp Brannigan doll. Seriously, he has this dark red kilted uniform outfit that I made while just fooling around with fabric and the one Ken Doll I have access to. I need to dig up some gold for the piping. I wonder if I can make a Kiff to go with him....
