Devil May Cry 2

I finally got back to Devil May Cry 2 last night. To get caught up, there was a massive battle that I lost repeatedly, and I decided to take a break. Went back to it, got my ass kicked three more times, and finally beat the damn mission. Now I'm back into the swing of things.

The thing that I really like about this game is that Dante, in the cut scenes, actually looks older. The attention to detail is very, very impressive. And, as was promised, there's less plot than the first and what there is is convoluted and disjointed, but I don't play these games for the good plot. I play them for the action, the graphics, and the laughable plots. And of course, the mangled English.

When I have beaten it, I will get myself Devil May Cry 3.

I also started Minnish Cap on the GBA, and I'm already stuck in the first shrine. I blame it on the tiny screen, but really, that's ridiculous. I just suck at visual puzzles. But that's what walkthroughs and nekokoban are for!
