I am stating this now, because I feel it should be said:

I save every single conversation and corrospondence that I have. Every email, AIM, MSN, YM conversation, every PM, everything. I used to think I was paranoid and stupid, but over the past year I have been able to get a lot of things cleared up due to this habit. I am not going to say "So and so said this" without the proof to back it up. But I am also disinclined to believe 'so and so said this' without any sort of proof.

I also allow people in authority positions access to my: Email account, online caches, online chat service logs, whatever. I do not want to be accused of tampering with things, or editing things in any way. I allow whoever needs to see whatever to see it directly as it came to me, whenever possible.

This said: do not tell me anything you would not say in public. If you are telling me something confidence, just let me know. And by that I mean "this is not told to anyone else'. Do not leave me any room for interpretation, because that leaves me to use my own judgement. And if an issue arises, I am willing to present whatever is said unless told specifically not to.

I also rarely offer up information voluntarily, but I do not lie or make excuses when asked directly.

Anyone who knows me well knows that I do not believe in underhanded shit. I don't believe in backstabbing, in lying, in keeping anything behind closed doors. That is not the sort of person that I am, I am not going to change just because it may hurt someone's feelings or get them pissed off at me. I am a good person, but I am not always a nice person.
