I was going to go into a frothy fit about the difference between drabbles and ficlets, but I've done that about a million times already. So instead, a meme ganked from all over. Yes, I've done it before, but I'm doing it again.

Leave a list of fictional characters in your journal that you would love to get a message from. It is your friend-list's mission, should they choose to accept it, to write you an in-character "letter" from a character on that list. Then they post their own list in their journal and the process continues! (Feel free to post anonymously too, or, in the case of my RP buddies, feel free to post using RP journals.)

And since it's my journal and I make the rules, feel free to comment on each other's letters.

Oh I am so sad. I was going to write you one, and I know of none of these people. (I'm repressing the one time you showed me Vampire Hunter D in high school because of the whole epilepsy thing. Plus I think I may not have been sober.)

Maybe my imagination will strike and I'll come up with someone.

Aw, you can write me from a character that is not on the list! (Oh god, I remember that. No, no you weren't sober at all. And I think it traumatized you. I do recommend the second movie, mainly because the animation is beautiful. And it's not as... campy.)
