Seeking Sleep Aide....

Boiled milk with vanilla extract and cinnamon is nasty. But supposedly extremely helpful to cure insomnia, and is supposed to knock you out within half an hour. And as I have no valerian and haven't yet bought any kava, I'm desperate to try anything to get me to sleep.

And since we're on topic... Natural Insomina Remedies! Anyone have any tried and true cures for just not being able to sleep?

Gosh, warm milk (though not with vanilla or cinnamon) knocks me right out. ^^;; Homework too... Reading a book in bed tends to put me to sleep, mainly because it gives me eye strain. X_x Sorry I can't be of more help!
