Seeking Sleep Aide....

Boiled milk with vanilla extract and cinnamon is nasty. But supposedly extremely helpful to cure insomnia, and is supposed to knock you out within half an hour. And as I have no valerian and haven't yet bought any kava, I'm desperate to try anything to get me to sleep.

And since we're on topic... Natural Insomina Remedies! Anyone have any tried and true cures for just not being able to sleep?

I've found that a couple of drops (around 2-3) of lavender oil on a paper tissue underneath my pillow makes me relax more. And how silly it sounds, sleeping with the window open a little, because I sleep better in cooler air. Not so cold that I'm freezing, just so there's more freshness to the air. Hope any of it can help. :)

I always sleep with the window open, for the same reasons. I need cool and fresh air. :D

Yes, there's nothing worse than waking up in the middle of the night feeling suffocated because the air in the room is too hot. :/ Hope any of the sleeping advice helped you, I'm certainly taking notes of what people have written here. :)
