Books!

So I've been doing a lot of reading lately. I'm trying to really get a good number of books under my belt this month. So far I've read:

Middlesex
Doc
A Love to Die For
and I'm halfway through Another Roadside Attraction

There's really no rhyme or reason to the books I read. I'll read almost anything, when you get right down to it. I've got plenty of books to go, also, not even counting the next Harry Potter book. lennaofmidearth and I are looking at the midnight release party for it, and we've pre-ordered our copy. I'll probably fall off the face of the net that weekend while I read it.

So.... what's the best book you've read lately?

The Middlsex I read is about the second generation Greek-American hermaphrodite. :D And I really enjoyed it. There were some squicky parts (heavy incest themes) and it was on the depressing side, but it was beautifuly done.

I'm not even that excited about it, really.
