FIRST OFF! kanara! THANK YOU SO MUCH! SURPRISE PACKAGE WAS AWESOME! I let out a little squeal of joy when I opened the packaging! *hugs*

SECOND! MY BOZ SKIRT CAME TODAY! Holy crap, I can't believe I got it before PCC! And my blouse is fixed but... MY BOOTS ARE BROKEN! I am shoeless. Also, I had a stupid panic moment. I went to try it on to make sure it fit, and it seemed...insanely small. Nowhere near a 29 inch waistband. I was immediately very sad and distressed.

Then I realized 'duh, corset!' and loosened the insanely tight ties and it was fine and oh my god it's so pretty and I will take pictures tonight! And it flairs out on its own without a petticoat, cause there's stuff under the skirt! It's so pretty! And damnit, I will find something for my feet that will work!

TODAY IS A GOOD DAY!

The zipper finally broke completely, right when I was getting ready to head to the airport. :/ I'm going to get it fixed, but it won't be in time for PCC. I wear 10 to 11, depending on the shoe. My sandals are size 11, but the discount Rocketdog shoes I had to buy yesterday morning when my boots went die are size 10. I think the boots are size 10 1/2. YAY FOR A LACK OF STANDARDIZED SIZING BETWEEN VARYING BRANDS!

Well, I have boots, but they are a men's 7, so they wouldn't fit. Plus, they are more like military combat boots. So they wouldn't go. :(

Yeah, I'm pouring through my shoes. I've got my Lust boots which wouldn't work, my black boy's uniform shoes, my black vinyl boots that I can't walk in.... I don't really own any 'cute' shoes.

Heh. I would let you use my Ling Lam's, but if you are wearing your skirt to the tea party, that wouldn't work since I am wearing them. Though I suppose you could wear my BTSSB shoes, if you wanted to wear pink.

Hahaha yeah, I want to wear it to the tea party. :D I may see if I can swing by Goodwill tomorrow, or something, and see if I can find a pair of black shoes - since my blouse is black and my skirt is white, I figure black would be best.

I think they're Baby, actually. Emi lent them to me, and my toesies were a bit squished, but damnit, I matched! And I actually have the matching headdress on in early photos, but it looked kind of weird so I took it off. :D

I could be wrong! I know Emi has brand boots. They were actually surprisingly easy to walk in - usually big soles make me topple over like a freaking bowling pin, but I didn't have any trouble in them.

They have the same soles as my ling lam's. They are very comfortable. And very stylish. Cutest shoes I own.

Sounds like you might have found shoes, but if not, can I see a picture of the skirt and what shoes you have? :3 I might be able to recommend a good alternate instead of the boots.
