I'm just so thrilled I can watch the dub. I loved the series even seeing it subtitled, but watching it dubbed is just so much better for me.

I don't know, I wasn't overly fond of it. I mean, the script was faithful, and I didn't HATE any of it, but Light was just too... sane-sounding. I need more crazy in my megalomaniacal, would-be gods. XD

I think for the first episode, Light's voice was spot on. For me, it had the right blend of innocence and idealism and naivety. And he did have the creepy laugh down. So...yes. It owns my soul.

Hee. Good arguments all around. It has been a while since I last saw the first episode. I think I'll definitely be trying to keep up with watching the dub.
