So, I have GIMP. And I have snazzy brushes for GIMP now. So now I have this snazzy icon!

(It's Abel Nightroad, from Trinity Blood. I'm sure we remember how awesome I think he is.)

PS: I know I am behind on a ton of stuff, but I will get to it!

Guys with glasses? Something I should know? :P I kind of want to see that show, I saw some pictures in Newtype awhile back. Er.. does it have a religious theme or are the characters just.. religious figures. I am confused at the moment. But I liked the costume designs, especially of that.. uh.. is she a nun? I suck. XD

You know, I'm noticing that most of my favorite anime characters (male and female!) do wear glasses. I do not know what this means. ;) It's a really cool show - I didn't know how I'd like it, since I expected it to be all dark and dramatic and doom and gloom, but it's actually got a lot of humor in it. And that's another thing - even though Abel (guy in icon) is a priest and the Vatican is like Vampire Hunting Central, the religion hasn't been too heavy handed yet. It's there, but it's like a backdrop. And there is a nun and a female cardinal. I think she's a nun, anyway. Uh... she's got red hair, I think? I'm still getting familiar with all the characters. :D I watched one episode dubbed and the next subbed, so I got kind of lost in the transition.

But I do recommend checking it out. It's got action, humor, awesome character designs, and a really cool main character. The first DVD is coming out next week, and I plan on getting it. I can bring it up with me, if you'd like.
