Early One Morning the Sun Was Rising....

I just had a very nice experience. I was out on my deck trying to wake up, watching the mist spreading in the mountains and a hawk flew through the yard about half a foot in front of me. He was going fast and he was so close I could hear the 'thwup' of his wings hitting the air.

LJ seems to have settled down and is sending comments on time. That was a pain in the ass, to put it mildly. I've gotten all of my comments from posts yesterday - which I need to catch up on replying to - and all comments from this morning that I know of.

I had a wonderful chat with mikazuki last night, and I posted a very well received fic in a new community, dalhessian has posted the newest installment in the 'Mis-sent Owls' series, and all in all things in internet land are going pretty well. I have about a million fic ideas floating around in my head, and no idea if I'll actually write them or not.

My snupin_santa fic is back and done and ready to be sent in! And just in time, too.

Now I need a bath and some breakfast!
