Firefly and Easter

We broke out the Firefly DVDs tonight. And unfortunately, I am not at all interested in it. It's a well done show, and the acting is good, but I just can't muster up any interest for it. Which is a pity, because I've heard nothing but good things about it. Ah well. I need to start getting the Farscape DVDs. I have one of the season highlights DVDs, but I'd like to start getting them in order. Of course, I also am looking to get the Babylon 5 DVDs and the Due South DVDs. And I have the first season of Buffy. We're not even going to get into the anime series' I'm trying to collect.

Easter went well. The ham and bread turned out quite nicely. Not much else happened, it was a quiet day spent in front of the television and at the table fixing food. I got the Sims 2 installed on this computer, and I've been remaking my Sims. Sadly, I lost a lot of my custom content so they aren't going to look exactly alike. But honestly, I think some of them look better now.

I really should get to bed soon.

On topic with your post, I love Firefly! Mostly because I adore Joss Whedon and there's amazing slash out there for it and so much went into the back story for Firefly. Honestly I was completely lost and not into it for the longest time but once it caught my interest, it kept it. *g*

Also I'd love to know what anime you are trying to get. :D

It really does look like a well done show, and I do generally like Joss Whedon, I just can't get into Firefly. If it took a while to grab your interest, though, I may give it another try.

I'm trying to get all of Fruits Basket, all that's released of Kiddy Grade, Gravitation, Get Backers, FAKE, and I've started collecting Full Metal Alchemist.
