Holiday Drabble of the Day!

No one made any requests for yesterday, so this is just a little something that came to me. First commenter gets to choose tomorrow's (technically later today's) pairing and/or scenario!

Today's drabble is fluffy and a bit sad. Gen, G.




Boxes and bags filled the living room of the small, comfortable house. They perched upon every ledge, took up every seat cushion, and made unusable every counter and shelf. They nestled between books and knick-knacks and sensitive Auror equipment. They were all shapes and sizes, colours and patterns, and they were all brand new and fresh from the store. One particular red and gold box still had a hint of snow clinging to it's crisp bow.

Lily smiled brightly, looking on the assembled packages. James would probably lament the clutter, but it was worth it. Harry's first Christmas was going to be unforgettable.



In other news: down with a cold and feeling just plain icky.

Oh wow! James/Lily/Harry fluff - my current favourite and its lovely, just how I imagine their first Christmas would be. I so nearly commented yesterday and it would have been my request. You obviously have a very effective crystal ball!
