The Laptop Was Ill Today....
I almost had a crisis.
I went to go lay down for a bit, and I left Scott in hibernation. I wandered back, and he had shut down completely. This vexed me, but he's programmed to do that after a certain amount of time. I hadn't realized I'd been gone that long. I grumble a bit, and turn him back on. All his lights flash, he makes the starup noise....nothing.
Okay. I shut him down and try again. Nothing. Again. Nothing.
I wander away for a bit again, to let him rest. Come back. Nothing.
Now I'm getting hysterical because my life is lived on the computer. Finally, finally he starts up.
And promplty decides he needs to restart.
Supposedly it was a problem with memory. So I went and deleted a bunch of things and uninstalled any games I don't play anymore. *crosses fingers* Here's hoping it worked.

I am a geek and name my computer. The first three were all called Kronos, because I'm unoriginal. Then we had Crighton who didn't last long. Now we're onto Scott.
I think hedgehogs just hibernate when they damn well feel like it. Hermione's still eating like she's hibernating.
*Pets Scott gently*
