*Briefly Surfaces In a Moment of Calm*

Man, I have not been getting LJ notifs. At all. :/ Not even in my spam folder, I don't even know.

I've taken up hiking and bouldering! I can boulder hop and scramble just find, and I've got a local friend (actually local, only five minutes away!) who is at the same level of physical abilities as I am. So every other morning we head out to the mountain and wander around for a few hours in beautiful high desert valley land. With her giant dog. :D But that and ranch chores and my own writing and my social life have conspired together to remove me from my LJ presence.

And of course now that I am here I cannot think of a single thing to say or update about.

But soon! SOOOOON! The time for the Hundred Horror Movie Challenge is nearly upon us! AND WITH THE POWER OF NETFLIX I SHALL BE TRIUMPHANT!

Whoa, that's very cool! I went scrambling with my dad during the summer and it KILLED me. It takes a lot of energy!

I've had to build up before I was actually able to go over any boulders, but now I'm loving it! And it's made a such a difference in my basic health....
