So far, very awesome birthday!

nijawial got me the Dark Tower Complete Concordance, autographed! It actually came like last week, but since it's a birthday present, I am squeeing now. It's gorgeous. And has absolutely everything. There is a coherent timeline! Or...relatively coherent, anyway. With attempts to explain the weird bits. There's cross-references. There's genealogies. There's history. There's run downs of holidays, traditions, even songs, stories and poems. And it's got gorgeous cover art. If Stephen King is a god, then Robin Furth is the angel that sits at his right hand.
My folks came by and gave me some money and told me to treat myself. So today I am going to do just that! There shall be shopping with friends, perhaps lunch out, and I am seriously considering getting my hair trimmed and colored professionally.
Tomorrow, Danni is taking me on a mystery camping trip. I have absolutely no idea where the hell we're going. I might even be blindfolded for parts of the drive. I only know we're stopping for lunch and sightseeing in a 'cute little town' on the way there, and that she's been planning a lot for this.
And, asnijawial pointed out, this makes Yui a birthday puppy! (My dad calls her Huey, it's hilarious.)
