I missed an update yesterday!

Not that there's terribly much news to report at this point. The handyman is here, repairing our screens and whatnots. He's a nice guy - we chatted a little while I had my morning cigarette and he took a smoke break - but I'm afraid I was a bit fuzzy and groggy. Even with my morning shower. I just can't seem to wake up these days, not properly and in a timely fashion. At least I don't need to be at the top of my game to look things up for people.

Yesterday I mostly just RPed and answered the world's stupidest questions.

damned is going well, as usual. Nothing new in CU. Over in Rewritten, Myre and Keman are having an epic fight, and poor Shadow's stuck in the middle wondering wtf just happened. Valyn's trying to get Triana outside before she causes a scene, and completely not noticing that his fiance is essentially being hit on by his newest ally. And Rena's just wide eyed and confused.

Today I have more house things to do, plus laundry, and I believe we're going to the pet store down the street. Zorak is made of win, but he is not cuddly.

Am I the only person who actually really, really liked the Heroes premiere and is eagerly awaiting where this is going? I keep seeing disappointment and frustration and the like on my Flist, and I hope that at least someone out there enjoyed it as much as I did.

The living room gets geekier by the day. I love it.

Stupid questions from yesterday:

'WUT VAGINA? IS VAGINA GROSS?' (A nice change of pace from penis questions, I tell you what.)

'What is the legal, correct way to hang a picture?' (The government doesn't care, as long as you're not trying to hang it on the president's forehead.)

'Do you swallow cum?' (I sadly couldn't think of a good way to make a play on Latin in response to this.)

And I had one guy who could not grasp the idea that in order to get an airline ticket quote, we needed a time and date of departure and arrival, not just what airports he was flying in and out of. How difficult a concept is this to grasp?

I liked the Heroes premiere! I was a little bwuh over some parts, but overall I liked it! XD I think I'm the only one on my f-list not wanting to stab things over Nathan, however. >.>

Ahahaha, yes. I adored Claire. And Peter. And Parkman. And Sylar. And Bennet. Mohinder made me bwuh quite a bit, and Hiro made me want to whap him for idiocy's sake. But overall I was very pleased with the opening. And going "hoshit wtf!" every five seconds because the action never stopped hahaha

See, though, that's how it used to be when I first started as a Guide. Penis this, penis that, how do you make LSD, where should I hide the body, penis, penis, penis, will you have sex with me, etc.

Now, I seem to get all of the normal ones, with an occasional "am I pregnant?" thrown into the mix. I don't get it.

John was going to take my transcription test for me, but he's being a bit of a jerk at the moment, so now I am screwed. I can type well, just not well by anyone elses standards.
