YES! I couldn't believe it - I was amazed at the shirt, and then when I found the skirt... It's a little bit puffier than I usually like, but it's the perfect shape and works with my black jacket. I managed to find almost a whole coordinate - blouse, skirt and shoes - for under 10$.
