Small is okay! Makes it easier to navigate, but I'm sure it will grow with time! And yes, I can see how you'd want to organize them in just the right way. I suggest you go by timeline, too, but maybe you could use an asterisk or something to indicate spoilers, and then next to the asterisk say what episodes. Might help out fellow readers.
