First, A Story
We have a cockatiel. His cage is in front of a large set of windows so he can see outside. From where he is, all that you can see is wooded land and fields and the mountains off in the distance. He is a happy bird where he gets plenty of sun and view. The drawback?
Giant hawks can see is and see him sitting there. One of them tried to get him and just barely missed flying into the window, screeching and talons extended to snatch him. Phoenix (the tiel) is not freaking out at every little thing, and panicking any time a larger bird comes near the window. I don't blame him.

erotic_elves piece, but I'd like to get started on a Remus/Tonks piece inspired by a discussion over at fanficrants. I shall procrastinate no longer!
I will not be snared away by icon making, by my Flist, by reading fan fic, by anything. Now, I go boldly forth to write fan fic!
After breakfast, of course.
