I hadn't watched Moulin Rouge in ages. I saw it once, right when it came to video, and that was it.

rivendellrose and I watched it last night, and it was one of the most entertaining movie viewings I can remember. Especially since Ewan McGregor = Walden Macnair. And the Duke was, essentially, Peter. The way he talked, the hissy fits he threw, the way he moved, the ratty features....yeah. Definitely entertaining.

I've been thinking a lot about pairings lately. I may actually write something up on what I've been thinking.
