Stargate SG-1
Jul. 8th, 2005 10:42 amSo yesterday, Sci-fi was kind enough to show the most recent season of Stargate SG-1. It ran all day. I am now fully caught up and ready for the new season. Which has Claudia Black. In black leather and military outfits and skin-tight black stuff. In short, the stuff my dreams are made of.
They're really toting the fact that Ben Browder and Claudia Black have joined the cast. And I don't blame them. With the fan base that Farscape had, this is something to cash in on. And from the commercials, it really looks like 'Crichton joins SG-1!' I don't even know Ben Browder's character's name. I will probably call him Crichton until half-way through the season.
Monday night is a sneak peek into the new season, so I'll be catching that.
It's hard to believe that Stargate has been around as long as it has. I think this is it's 8th season. I remember when it first aired on Showtime. O'Neill's hair was brown, Daniel's hair was long, and Sam was still a prissy bitch. The show has come a long way, and even though I think Atlantis was a horrible mistake, I'm glad to see it keeps on going. And it's still good.
I've even gotten used to Teal'c with hair.
