Man, I am getting more use out of this icon than I ever thought I would!

Speaking of...Friday night was awesome! And the Shed was actually very comfortable, temperature-wise to sleep in. Probably need a couple more comforters on the floor, but it really just made us feel like we were adventurers making do with an abandoned hut to shelter in, so...hey, it works!
Yesterday afternoon I mostly vegged in bed and wrote a little + watched TV. Today I got back to cleaning and have cooked a bit and watched some TV. And attempted to write, but the current thing I'm poking at is giving me trouble. Trying to capture a specific author's style can be difficult sometimes. But I figure if I managed to capture Hideyuki Kikuchi's style, I should be alright.
I called home earlier to wish my mom a happy Mother's Day, but no one was home. I assume they went out, as they often do on occasions. I hope they're enjoying themselves. Happy Mother's Day to all you other moms on my Flist!
