The 'right click' should work if you click with two fingers at once.

Other shortcuts:

To see everything you have open, scroll down with four fingers.
To push everything out of the way, scroll up with four fingers and everything hides.
To drag something, press down with one finger and use your other finger to drag over what you want to highlight. Then you can drag the text, if you want.
